9:00 - 10:00 am          Mental Conditioning, Leadership, Nutrition
10:00 - 11:30 am         Physical Conditioning
11:30 - 12:00 pm         Recovery
12:00 - 2:00 pm          Lunch
2:00 - 3:30 pm            Physical Conditioning
3:30 - 4:00 pm            Recovery
4:00 - 5:00 pm             On-field, position-specific skill work/scrum
5:00 - 6:00 pm            Break
6:30 - 7:30 pm            Dinner
7:30 - 10:30 pm          Chaperoned on-campus & off-campus activities, including sights of LA, pool parties & more
11:00 pm                       Lights out

 

On weekends students will have conditioning trainings in the morning and will enjoy activities around Los Angeles throughout the afternoon and evening for cultural enrichment.
